This Merlot has the same distinct fruit characteristics that this Vineyard displays with a touch of Hungarian oak to spice up the aromas and palate. 2009 was a bit warmer than 2008 so you will also see a richer fruit profile with more pronounced blackberry and black cherry flavors.
